SELECTION
The product is selected and classified into first, second or third grade quality. Twigs, mushrooms and other foreign elements are removed
INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION
We work with laboratories who have international accreditation in order to perform all and any of the tests that our clients might want to have carried out.
We have certifiedy ourselves with SENASA (plant authorization) and HACCP in the interests of preserving safety, an essential factor in ensureing the quality of our food
